Depression is a mood disorder that may causes intense feelings of sadness and a loss of interest in everyday life and activities.
Anxiety is a very broad umbrella term that covers a range of symptoms, including panic attacks, avoiding social situations, trouble falling asleep, and difficulty concentrating or controlling feelings. Anxiety ranges from mild to severe and can interfere with a person’s daily activity.
